TO THE ROOT
To the Root is an immersive fulldome show that combines Andean, Latin and African sounds with house and dub by the musical project Nación Ekeko along with the visuals created by artist Tatoaraoz. An audiovisual journey that invites us to explore different landscapes and native cultures of Latin America.
This innovative show combines art and technology to create a striking encounter that stimulates all the senses. A multisensory experience, in which the music of Nación Ekeko is enhanced with the visual impact of vibrant immersive projections made by artist Tatoaraoz.
Among the audiovisual pieces that can be enjoyed in the projection are “Guarania” and “El ritmo de la selva”, which were official selection in different international festivals.

About the maker
Nación Ekeko (a musical project lead by Diego Pérez) integrates the roots of Latin American music with electronic and contemporary rhythms. In his Live Sets he combines pre-Columbian instruments, voices and technology in a concert where he celebrates life through rhythm and collective dance.
Tatoaraoz is a visual artist that, in this particular piece, creates deep and colorful visual landscapes that transform the audience into protagonists, immersing them in this journey of perfect synchronization with the musical pulse.
They are both from Argentina, where they live and work.
